giftwrap-convert-probes
The giftwrap-convert-probes command is used to convert a 10X Cell Ranger probe set to a GIFTwrap-compatible probe set file. This is useful for integrating existing 10X data into the GIFT-seq workflow.
giftwrap-convert-probes --helpUsage: giftwrap-convert-probes [-h] [--version] [--input INPUT]
Convert a 10X Genomics cellranger-based probe file to a giftwrap probe file.
Prints to stdout.
Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--version, -v Show the version of the GIFTwrap pipeline.
--input INPUT The path to the input probe file. If not specified, will use
the Human WTA 1.0.1 probes.
