giftwrap-revert-probes
The giftwrap-revert-probes command is used to convert a GIFTwrap-compatible probe set file to a 10X Cell Ranger probe set. This can be useful for comparing to ranger-processed data.
giftwrap-revert-probes --helpUsage: giftwrap-revert-probes [-h] [--version] --input INPUT
Revert a GIFTwrap probe file to a 10X Genomics cellranger-based probe file.
Prints to stdout.
Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--version, -v Show the version of the GIFTwrap pipeline.
--input INPUT The path to the input GIFTwrap probe file.
